2.1. Software Operation: To maintain your settings and provide the core functionality of the launcher.

2.2. Automated Updates: Your version data is used to notify you of new software builds via the aether-releases system.

2.3. Research & Future Development: Aggregated, anonymous data (where you are not personally identifiable) may be used to analyze community trends. This helps us decide which features to build next and which hosting partners to recommend.

3.1. No Sale of Personal Data: Nispax does not sell your personal identifiers (usernames) to third parties.
